Implants

A permanent, natural-looking tooth replacement

An implant replaces the whole tooth — root and all — rather than just the visible part. It's the closest thing to getting a real tooth back.

How a dental implant works

An implant replaces a tooth from the root up, not just the visible crown. A titanium post is placed into the jawbone where the natural root used to be, and over a period of weeks it fuses with the bone itself — a process called osseointegration. Once that foundation is solid, a custom crown or full prosthetic arch is attached on top, built to function and look like natural teeth.

Implants are made from chemically pure titanium, chosen for its biocompatibility and strength, with a specialised surface treatment to help the bone integrate properly. Looking after the healing implant matters just as much as the surgery itself — avoiding infection, excess biting force, and tobacco use all protect the integration process.
