Night Guards
If you grind or clench your teeth at night, a custom night guard protects them from the wear.

Signs you might need one
Jaw soreness or headaches on waking, visibly worn-down or flattened teeth, and a partner mentioning they can hear you grinding are the most common tip-offs. A lot of people grind without realising it.
How it helps
A night guard is a thin, custom-moulded shield that sits over your teeth while you sleep, absorbing the force of grinding so it's the guard wearing down rather than your enamel.
Will it stop me grinding?
Not necessarily — it won't fix the habit itself, but it protects your teeth from the damage while you sort out the underlying cause (often stress-related).
How often do I need a new one?
A well-made guard typically lasts a couple of years with regular use.
